TO INJECT THE STOMACH THROUGH THE NASAL PASSAGE.

Take the nasal tube and if it has not the proper curvature warm it in hot water, or by a lighted match, gas jet or lamp. Then lay it on a flat surface and bend it to the proper curvature. After it has cooled pass it down through the nostril, and, to allow the fluid to pass down into the stomach, raise the chin to enlarge the aperture of the aesophagus or gullet and work the nasal tube down into the sesophagus (as per cut). Then inject from one-half to one pint of Espy's Embalming Fluid.
